Joint research of mechanism design and manufacturing of an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) for a Roll-to-Roll Inspection Line of Flexible Printed Circuits.

共同研究用於卷對卷軟式印刷電路檢測產線的自主移動機器人之機構設計與製造。

Collaboration Details 合作內容概述

Both parties jointly designed an Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) equipped with a dual-degree-of-freedom mechanism and omnidirectional wheels. The omnidirectional wheels allow for translational, rotational, and diagonal movements, enabling flexible movement without the need to change direction. This makes the AMR suitable for navigating and manipulating objects in confined spaces, such as on roll-to-roll inspection lines for flexible printed circuits, meeting customized needs in the manufacturing process.

雙方共同設計了一台配備雙自由度機構和全向輪的自主移動機器人(AMR),全向輪實現平移、旋轉和斜向移動,能不需改變方向的靈活移動。使得 AMR 適合在狹小空間中進行目標物件的導航和操作,例如在軟式印刷電路的卷對卷檢測線上,滿足製造過程中的客制化需求。
