應用數據分析及機器學習方法於迴焊爐溫度曲線分析

Project Details 計畫內容概述

This research combines statistical and machine learning methods to predict the temperature curve/profile of the Reflow process in the reflow oven. The study also analyzes the factors that may affect the temperature curve and establish a prediction model to effectively control the relevant parameters in the Reflow process. The result of this study can be the reference for maintenance strategies during equipment maintenance.

結合統計及機器學習方法預測迴焊爐Reflow製程之溫度曲線,並分析可能影響溫度曲線的因子並建立預測模型,以有效地掌控Reflow製程中的相關參數以作為設備維護時的保養策略參考。
